Our Bronze plan is simply a one-off-yearly payment to be placed on our contractual database. There are no scheduled site visits and all services and parts are to be invoiced and paid for as per normal. Being on our contractual database, however, places and call-outs to your company as near to the top of our 'priority' list as we can possibly manage. Obviously our Platinum, Gold and Silver customers are placed ahead on our priority list - but as far as any other call-outs are concerned it allows our Bronze customers to 'jump the queue' so to speak. We try to be with our Bronze customers within 6 business hours although usually it is much sooner depending on our contractual priorities.
