1 x auto preventative site visit.
A once-per-month automatic visit from our technicians will minimise and chances of hardware breakdown. Upon arrival he will talk to your staff and ask about any problems or those 'annoying little quirks' that may be arising during the course of their days work. Any problems will be investigated, eradicated and the correct advice through direct conversation with the user will be given. He will then carry out his usual service of the server(s), network and workstations to make sure they are in optimum condition and fully capable of maximising performance.
Emergency call outs covered with an up to 6 business hours response.
Whilst our preventative maintenance visit will minimise any chance of component breakdown, it is obviously not 100% guaranteed that it will not happen. Components can break down without any prior warning whatsoever and suddenly panic breaks loose! Under our Gold business plan, however, we can cut the downtime to a minimum. The Gold plan covers up to 6 business hours response but in most cases we are there much sooner and, providing a technician is immediately available, can be there within minutes. We do our utmost to have your employee back to working effectively as soon as we can possibly manage.
Emergency call-out charges covered for natural breakdown
Upon calling us in a hardware fault emergency employers do not have to worry about any extra call-out or labour charges as they are all covered in our Gold business plan. Providing it is a natural hardware fault and the machine is covered in our contract - you can rest assured that you will receive no extra invoices or charges whatsoever! In our Gold plan, however, any new or replacement components are to be invoiced and paid for. (Replacement components are covered in our Platinum plan if this cover is needed).
Loan PC(s)
In 99% of cases we are able to solve all problems on-site there and then. It is very rare that a workstation must be taken from your site. If, however, this is the unlikely case and the only option is to take it into one of our workshops, we will loan you a PC until your own is once again in good working order. This facility is not always needed, but if you have an employee who relies solely upon his/her computer to work, then at least there is something for your employee to work on. It is not effective to have an employee doing nothing, so our loan PCs mean that at least your employee will be working on something! They are always on hand and ready to be installed into your network. It may be a laptop or PC system installed with XP Professional or Vista Business. It will also be pre-installed with Microsoft Office so you still have use of Microsoft word for those letters that need to go out or Excel for those spreadsheets that are needed. You may install any programs that you wish or need onto the PC to make it as effective to you as possible. All work on our loan PC will belong to your business at all times and the data transferred to your own workstation upon its return. Once all of your data is safe, checked and double-checked, our loan PC will then be reformatted back to its state when you received it and ready for the next user who needs this facility. None of your employees work will exist on that PC once it is returned to us and the format is completed. If in the unlikely event this facility will be needed, once again, there will be no extra charges at all as it is covered in our Platinum business plan.
Telephone support
For those small-but-annoying quirks it could be quite possible that a simple piece of the correct advice can eradicate the problem. This is not a tool we offer in an emergency status - as in emergency status we will be on our way to you. This facility is more like an ‘advice’ line.
