Step-by-step instructions to download and use remote desktop support:

1. When you click on the 'Download' link, a message may appear under the address bar, right click on the message using you mouse and left click 'Download Files...'

2. A file download security warning may show, left click 'Run' to continue.

3. Once the file has been downloaded, the above security warning may appear, left click 'Run' to continue.

4. When the program has finished installing, the program will show you where you will need to enter the code we provide you with. Once the code is entered, left click 'connect'.
