Payment Information

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, American Express and Pay Pal payments. Cash is only accepted in our retail outlets and is not accepted for online purchases. We do not accept cheques.

What is your online sales return policy?
If you have received the wrong product or the product is defective then you may return it within 14 days of delivery. All products must be returned, undamaged, in their original packaging along with all original contents including drivers disks, cables etc.

What is your in-store sales return policy?
All returned products will be tested in our workshop before a refund or exchange can be given. If no fault is found with the product, then no refund or exchange can be given. Is the ordering process secure?
Yes, we use the highest levels of 128bit SSL data encryption to ensure that your personal details are kept completely safe. When you move into the secure area, you will notice a small gold padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser - this is the accepted indication of a securely encrypted page.

Despatch & Delivery

How much is Despatch & Delivery?
All components and products will have a £9.95 delivery charge attached to them. We do however try to package smaller items into the same box to save on delivery costs.

What despatch methods does Maxwell Computers .Com use?
We deliver all online purchases by courier.

Do I have to sign for my package?
Yes you will have to sign for your package, as we will need to know that your product has been delivered safely.

When will I receive my order?
Orders generally take 2 to 3 working days, depending on where in the country you are situated. With every order however you will receive an email detailing how long your order should take to get to you. Sometimes when an item is out of stock you might have to wait a few days for us to order the product in.

You will get a copy of the invoice emailed to you and with the product when it gets delivered to you.
